What is MyStatusFlow?

MyStatusFlow combines project planning (Plan Builder), agile execution (Kanban Board), and project alignment (Weekly Status Hub) in one platform. Projects can use Plan Builder, Kanban Board, or both depending on your needs.

Plan Builder

Plan Builder provides waterfall project planning with automatic scheduling:

  • Automatic scheduling: Dates calculate from durations, dependencies, and business day rules
  • Milestones and groups: Organize tasks with group tasks and milestones
  • Critical path: Identify tasks that drive project completion

When creating a project, choose the project type:

Getting Started
