What is MyStatusFlow?
MyStatusFlow combines project planning (Plan Builder), agile execution (Kanban Board), and project alignment (Weekly Status Hub) in one platform. Projects can use Plan Builder, Kanban Board, or both depending on your needs.
Plan Builder
Plan Builder provides waterfall project planning with automatic scheduling:
- Automatic scheduling: Dates calculate from durations, dependencies, and business day rules

Integration

Project Types
When creating a project, choose the project type:
- Plan Builder only: Traditional waterfall planning
- Kanban Board only: Agile workflow management
- Both: Use Plan Builder and Kanban Board together

Getting Started
To get started:
- Create a workspace
- Create a project and select the project type
