FAQ

Who can generate insights?

Only workspace managers, program managers, and project managers can generate insights. This ensures insights are generated by authorized users who understand the context.

How often should I generate insights?

Generate insights weekly when status reports are submitted. This provides consistent tracking and trend analysis.

What's the difference between this week and cumulative 5 weeks variants?

This week focuses on the current report and immediate plan context. Cumulative 5 weeks analyzes trends across the last 5 weeks and considers plan changes over time.

How is the burndown chart calculated?

The chart counts tasks that should have finished by each date (based on finish dates) and subtracts from total tasks to show remaining work. It generates daily data points from project start to finish.

Can I view past insights?

Yes. Insights are saved and can be viewed historically for a report or objective. Use the insight history feature to compare insights across weeks.
