FAQ
Can a project have multiple managers?
Yes. Projects support multiple managers with one marked as primary. All managers have full access to manage the project.
How do status report reminders work?
Reminders are sent automatically based on the configured reminder hours (default 42 hours before due date). The system calculates the reminder time using the project's timezone and due day/time settings.
What's the difference between a manager and a watcher?
Managers can make changes to the project, submit reports, and manage tasks. Watchers have read-only access and receive notifications about changes.
Can I customize status report fields?
Yes. Use report templates to define custom fields and structure for status reports. Templates can include various field types like text, select, date, etc.
